This Disclaimer applies to the website https://www.dialnsearch.co.in/ (the “Site”) operated by Dial N Search Private Limited (“Dial N Search”, “we”, “us”, “our”), established in India in 2009.

The Site provides general information about our social media promotions, creator collaborations and live streaming / short-video app agency onboarding. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Please also read our Terms of Use (including electronic / email confirmations), Privacy Policy, Payments and Agency & Onboarding.

1. General information only

Content on the Site — including descriptions of campaign steps, formats, categories, platforms and company background — is for informational and marketing purposes. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, up to date or error-free at all times. Platform names, “active” or “past” status and process descriptions may change without prior notice on the Site.

2. No guarantee of campaign results

When brands work with us on stories, reels, feed posts or YouTube promotions:

• reach, views, engagement, click-throughs and sales outcomes vary by niche, creative, timing, audience and platform algorithms;
• creator acceptance, posting schedules and content quality depend on individual creators and approvals;
• past campaign examples, case studies or general statements about audience reach do not guarantee similar future results;
• we do not promise a fixed number of impressions, followers or conversions unless expressly agreed in a separate written campaign agreement.

3. No guarantee of creator earnings

For creators and broadcasters:

• income from live gifts, timing rewards, platform payouts or brand fees depends on each app’s rules, your activity, audience behaviour and brand demand;
• joining through our agency or partnership does not guarantee a minimum income, ranking or number of brand deals;
• payout timelines and tax deductions (if any) are governed by the relevant platform and applicable law — confirm current terms with us and with the platform before you rely on them.

4. Third-party platforms & apps

Social and live streaming services named on the Site (Instagram, YouTube, Tango, Eloelo, Poppo Live, Trendo, Taka Live, etc.) are independent third parties. Dial N Search is not those companies and does not control:

• their product features, fees, algorithms or advertising tools;
• account suspensions, bans, shadowbans or content removals;
• payout delays, policy changes, market exits or shutdowns in India or elsewhere;
• their privacy practices or terms of service.

You use third-party platforms at your own risk and under their separate agreements. If a platform stops operating or changes agency rules, our ability to onboard or support creators on that app may end or change.

5. Agency / partnership status

Labels such as “Current”, “Platforms we currently work with” or “Previous platform operations” describe our operating experience as we understand it when the page was last updated. Status can change. Always confirm with us (email contact@dialnsearch.com) which apps are currently open for onboarding before you make plans based on a specific platform name on the Site.

Pococha and several other apps listed under past operations are examples of platforms where we previously worked and which are no longer operating in India (or where our agency work has ended). That history does not imply ongoing availability.

6. Brand claims & creator content

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, offers, pricing and regulatory compliance in campaign briefs. Creators are responsible for the content they publish and for following platform rules and advertising disclosure requirements. Dial N Search may coordinate and facilitate, but we are not responsible for every statement a creator or brand makes on a third-party platform unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. External links

The Site may link to external websites, app stores, social profiles or partner pages. Those links are for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Corporate vs promotions site

dialnsearch.co.in focuses on social promotions and creator services. Other activities of Dial N Search Private Limited may be described on dialnsearch.com. Information on one site should not be assumed to apply automatically to the other without checking the relevant page.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dial N Search Private Limited disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on Site content alone, from third-party platform decisions, or from campaign / earnings outcomes that were not expressly guaranteed in a signed or written commercial agreement. Mandatory rights under Indian law that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

10. Updates

We may revise this Disclaimer periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have notice of the revised Disclaimer.
