Payments Policy
For brands & creators · Dial N Search Private Limited · Last updated: 25 August 2023
This Payments Policy explains how money typically moves when you work with Dial N Search Private Limited (“Dial N Search”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on:
- brand social promotions (stories, reels, posts, YouTube, etc.);
- creator collaborations; and
- live streaming / short-video apps where creators join through us.
It applies to brands and creators together on one page so both sides see the same rules. Detailed amounts, timelines and bank details are always confirmed in writing for each deal (email is enough unless we say otherwise). This page does not replace a signed contract where one exists.

1. Two clear payment models (please read)
Across brand campaigns and live / short-video apps, payments usually follow one of these paths:
Model A — Brand or platform pays Dial N Search
- The brand (or sometimes the app / platform) pays us.
- We keep our commission / service fee as agreed.
- We pay the creator their agreed share (after any deductions stated in writing, such as tax if applicable).
This is common for many Instagram / YouTube style promotions and for some app partnerships.
Model B — Brand or platform pays the creator directly
- On some live streaming or short-video apps, the platform pays the creator directly (gifts, timing rewards, wallet payouts, etc.).
- On some brand deals, the brand may pay the creator directly if that is what the written deal says.
- In those cases our role may be matching, coordination or onboarding support — and our fee (if any) is as separately agreed.
Important: Which model applies is not the same for every brand or every app. It depends on that brand’s contract with us, that brand’s policy, and that app’s payout rules. Always ask us which model applies before you start work.
2. Different brands, different policies
Every brand relationship can be different:
- payment amount, milestones (before post / after post / after report);
- who receives money first (us or the creator);
- commission percentage or fixed fee;
- revisions, cancellations and what happens if a post is rejected or delayed;
- invoice, GST / tax treatment where applicable.
You get paid (or you pay) according to the written terms for that brand and that campaign — not according to what another brand did last month. If something is unclear, pause and confirm with us in writing before posting or going live.
3. Short-form / reels / stories / YouTube campaigns
For social promotions (stories, reels, feed posts, YouTube, etc.):
- many times the brand pays Dial N Search; we retain commission and pay creators as agreed;
- sometimes the deal structure is different — always follow the written brief / confirmation for that job;
- creator payment is usually linked to approved deliverables (posted content as agreed). Incomplete, late or non-compliant posts may delay or reduce payment as per that deal;
- we do not guarantee a brand will approve every draft or pay for work that does not match the agreed brief.
4. Live streaming & short-video apps
For apps like Tango, Eloelo, etc. (and others we may work with):
- Some apps pay creators directly into the creator’s app wallet / linked account under the app’s own rules.
- Some apps or partnerships pay Dial N Search (or settle through us), and we then settle with creators as per that partnership’s written terms.
- Payout speed, minimum thresholds, deductions and KYC are controlled by the app and/or our written arrangement for that app — they can change.
- We help with easy onboarding on such apps; we do not control the app’s gift rates, ranking or payout calendar.
Earnings on live apps are never guaranteed. They depend on your activity, audience, and the app’s policy.
5. What brands should know
- Campaign quotes and creator fees are estimates until confirmed in writing.
- Where Model A applies, invoices / payment instructions will come from Dial N Search as stated in the confirmation.
- Paying an individual or a third party who is not named in our written instructions may mean we cannot treat the campaign as paid — and creators may not be released for posting.
- Chargebacks, bounced payments or disputed invoices may pause creator payouts and further work until resolved.
6. What creators should know
- Do not assume every brand pays the same way or on the same day.
- If Dial N Search is collecting from the brand, your payout usually happens after we receive cleared funds and after deliverables are confirmed — timeline as written for that job.
- If the app or brand pays you directly, their rules apply; raise app-wallet issues with the platform first, and we can help where we can.
- Provide correct bank / UPI / KYC details when asked. Wrong details can delay payment; we are not responsible for transfers sent to details you provided incorrectly.
- Taxes (if any) are your responsibility unless a written agreement says otherwise.
7. Fraud, misuse & fake claims
To protect brands, creators and Dial N Search:
- Never pay anyone who claims to be Dial N Search staff for “activation”, “listing”, “priority”, or “guarantee” fees unless you receive official written instructions from our known email (for example contact@dialnsearch.com) and you have verified the request.
- We will never ask you to share OTP, full banking passwords, or to move money to a personal wallet to “unlock” a payout.
- Do not fake follower counts, engagement, live gifts, screenshots or posting proofs. Fake proofs can cancel payment and end our working relationship.
- Do not impersonate Dial N Search, our brands, or other creators.
- Report suspected fraud to contact@dialnsearch.com immediately with screenshots and payment details.
If we reasonably believe fraud, chargeback abuse or misrepresentation has occurred, we may withhold or reverse unsettled amounts, refuse further work, and share information with platforms, banks or authorities where required by law.
8. Electronic confirmations for payments & commercial terms
Payment instructions, fee / commission confirmations, invoice acknowledgements and related commercial approvals may be given or accepted by email — only from the same registered / official email recorded for that party (the address in our contract / written confirmation, or the creator’s / brand’s / company’s registered official email on our files). Dial N Search will use our official business email for our side of such confirmations.
Same email proves authenticity. A clear “yes / approved / confirmed” from that registered address may be treated as binding. Messages from any other or random email will not normally count. A separately signed paper contract is not always required for every confirmation, though we may still ask for signed or e-signed paperwork for larger or sensitive settlements.

See also our Terms of Use (Electronic communications & email confirmations) and Agency & Onboarding Policy.
9. Disputes
Payment disputes between brand, creator and Dial N Search should first be raised in writing with clear facts (deal reference, dates, amounts, proofs). We will try to resolve in good faith under the written terms for that engagement. Platform wallet disputes remain subject to that platform’s process.
10. Changes
We may update this Payments Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish updates. Specific written deals already confirmed are not changed by a website update unless we notify you for that deal.
