- the website https://www.dialnsearch.co.in/ (the “Site”);

- related email, phone, WhatsApp or offline communications about social media promotions, creator collaborations and live streaming / short-video app agency onboarding.
By using the Site or sending us an enquiry, you understand the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information or use the Site for enquiries.
Our corporate website at dialnsearch.com may have its own notices for other company activities. This policy is focused on the promotions and creator services presented on dialnsearch.co.in.
1. Who is responsible
For personal data processed under this policy, the organisation responsible is:
Dial N Search Private Limited
Email: contact@dialnsearch.com
If you have questions about privacy, contact us at the email above with the subject line “Privacy request”.
2. Scope — who this applies to
This policy applies to:
- Website visitors who browse the Site;
- Brand / agency contacts who enquire about promotions, creator lists or campaigns;
- Creators and broadcasters who apply to join for brand collabs or live streaming app onboarding;
- Platform or business partners who contact us about partnership.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you fill forms, email us or message us, you may provide:
- Identity and contact details — name, company / brand name, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number;
- Creator profile details — Instagram handle, YouTube channel URL, category, city / region, follower information you choose to share, interest (brand collabs, live apps, or both);
- Campaign details — target category, follower criteria, preferred formats (story, reel, post, YouTube), timelines and free-text messages;
- Partnership details — organisation name, platform name and proposal notes.
3.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically record:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, date and time of access;
- browser type, device type, referring URL and pages viewed;
- standard server or security logs used to operate and protect the Site.
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example session or security-related cookies). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or choices. You can usually block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
3.4 Information we do not intentionally seek
We do not ask you to send sensitive personal data (such as passwords for your social accounts, government ID numbers, or bank credentials) through public website forms. Do not include such data in enquiry messages. If a campaign later requires KYC or payout details for a platform, that will be handled through appropriate secure channels and platform processes — not as a general website requirement.
4. Why we use information (purposes)
We use information for the following purposes:
- to respond to enquiries and provide information about our services;
- to evaluate brand campaign fit and share relevant creator options where appropriate;
- to evaluate creator applications for brand collaborations and/or live streaming / short-video app onboarding under our agency or partnership;
- to coordinate promotions (stories, reels, posts, YouTube) and related communication between brands and creators as needed for a campaign;
- to discuss partnership opportunities with platforms or agencies;
- to improve the Site, fix issues and understand aggregate traffic patterns;
- to protect against fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- to comply with applicable laws, regulations or lawful requests.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies over time) and other rules, we may process personal data based on:
- your consent (for example when you submit a form);
- performance of steps prior to a contract or for a contract with you;
- legitimate uses permitted by law for operating our business and securing the Site;
- compliance with a legal obligation.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, IT or communication tools that help us run the Site and respond to you, under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations;
- Brands or creators — only to the extent required to progress an enquiry or campaign you requested (for example sharing a creator handle list with a brand, or introducing a brand brief to a creator);
- Partner platforms — where onboarding to a live streaming or short-video app requires information to be submitted to that platform under their rules;
- Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants or auditors under confidentiality;
- Authorities — if required by law, regulation, court order or to protect rights, safety or property.
Third-party social and live streaming platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Tango, Eloelo, etc.) operate under their own privacy policies. When you use those apps, their rules apply to data they collect directly.
7. International transfers
Our primary operations are in India. Some hosting or email infrastructure may process data on servers in other countries. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law and our providers’ practices.
8. Retention
We retain enquiry and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- complete the purpose for which the information was collected;
- maintain business records of campaigns and communications;
- meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-related requirements;
- enforce our terms and protect our rights.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to backup and technical limitations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You use the Site and email at your own risk regarding residual security risks.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- access personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- request deletion or restriction in situations recognised by law;
- ask us to stop certain marketing communications (enquiry replies may still be necessary if you contacted us).
To exercise rights, email contact@dialnsearch.com with enough detail for us to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
11. Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults (including adult creators / broadcasters). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to Instagram, YouTube, partner apps or other external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before sharing data with them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or Site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we publish changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site where appropriate.
